COMMUNICATION
Write with purpose.
Turn rough notes into a useful first draft. Practise customer replies without losing your team's voice.
Hands-on AI training / Europe
Your team doesn't need another presentation.
They need a place to try.
I show your team how to use AI on a real task. Then they do it themselves, with guidance as they go.

Ten short questions give you a simple picture of where your team is strong and where a workshop would help most. Your answers stay in your browser.
START WITH THE WORK
We choose a task that matters to your team and work through it together. Ask better questions. Check the answer. Know what not to share.
COMMUNICATION
Turn rough notes into a useful first draft. Practise customer replies without losing your team's voice.
EVERYDAY WORK
Work through long documents and messy information. Learn to spot what is missing and what needs checking.
AI LITERACY
Understand unreliable answers, sensitive information and the role of human review in everyday AI use.
NOT A WORKSHOP TO SIT THROUGH
Before the webinar or workshop, we look at which AI tools your team is using and what they are allowed to use. That way, everyone is ready to take part.
We talk about your team's work and the tools they're allowed to use. Examples stay free of confidential and personal information.
I walk through the task. Your team tries it, changes their instructions and asks the awkward questions.
We look at accuracy, missing context and whether the output is useful. Your team makes the final decision.
AI LITERACY + THE EU AI ACT
Practical training includes the risks that matter to your team's use of AI. The EU AI Act is part of the context, not the whole story.
A workshop is one part of your AI literacy work, not a promise of compliance. Practical training, not legal advice or an EU-issued certification.

MEET YOUR TRAINER
I'm the founder of DrIHP: Doctor, I Help People.
I'm an AI operator: I use AI every day, and not just to chat. I build and run AI workflows and agents myself, and I work daily in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. I also know Microsoft Copilot. What I teach is what I actually use.
I started my career in healthcare and also worked in emergency care. Since then I've spent over 10 years in customer service, sales and coordination: admin and coordination at a municipality's integration and job department, freelance sales, customer success and business development, and remote sales and customer service for large Swedish online retailers. As a sales manager I led a small team and trained around 20 seasonal hires in each cohort.
Most recently I was an AI Champion at a global financial company. I trained 40-60 colleagues in customer handling and how to use AI well, built AI assistants and automations for customer service, and was top-rated for customer satisfaction.
Because I've worked in so many different fields, I know how to train people from very different backgrounds, and I know where businesses get stuck with AI. That's where I make it easy for you and your team.
Today I train managers and CEOs one-to-one in practical AI use, and run hands-on workshops for teams. I work in English and Swedish.
I don't want your team to leave impressed by a demo they can't repeat. I want them to try the task, ask questions and understand what they're doing. That's why the workshop puts your team in the driving seat.
